Our Story
Romiley Pet Stop is a long-standing independent pet shop based at 13 The Precinct in Romiley, Stockport. We are a genuine bricks-and-mortar local business, built around helping everyday pet owners find practical supplies and friendly, straightforward advice for life with their animals.
As our customers' needs have grown, so has the range we keep in store. Alongside essentials for cats, dogs and other companion animals, we also stock specialist supplies for reptiles and small animals. Our terrarium and habitat displays offer a chance to see some of these products in context and help make choosing the right setup a little easier.
We now serve customers online too, but the shop and website are supported by the same team and the same stock. Whether you visit us at The Precinct or shop from home, Romiley Pet Stop remains a local pet shop with a personal, practical approach.

Come in here with my dog very regularly (multiple times a week) my dog loves this shop so much she puts her breaks on and refuses to walk past without going in to see her favourite lady for a treat haha, fantastic range of items for all animals ranging from dogs, cats, birds, fish and reptiles and if the shop doesn’t have in what you’re after they will personally order in what you’d like and keep you updated via text which I find great. Best place to go for your pets and I recommend here to everyone!

A huge selection of pet products for all sorts of pets. From the essentials like big bags of food, leads, harnesses to tasty treats for all sorts of pets. The staff are really friendly and love to meet your puppers. There's always a treat or four for them. Prices are reasonable and they can offer great advice.
